SHEETROCK® ClimaPlus™ Lay-In Ceiling Panels with FIRECODE™ formulation provide superior fire protection, extraordinary dimensional stability, and good CAC values. With their adherence to strict federal standards and USDA/FSIS requirements, the panels are perfect for exterior soffits, parking garages, kitchens, food preparation areas, restrooms, utility areas, locker rooms, and marine environments.SHEETROCK® ClimaPlus™ Lay-In Ceiling Panels with FIRECODE™ formulation are face-laminated gypsum panels that resist sagging. They have a gypsum core and feature superior fire protection, extraordinary dimensional stability, and good CAC values.
The panels meet USDA/FSIS requirements for food processing areas. Panels designated as CLEAN ROOM® panels have a gypsum core, sealed edges, and a vinyl face and back to meet strict federal standards for Class 100 and 10M-100M clean rooms.
The panels offer a ClimaPlus™ 30-Year System Warranty to withstand temperature and humidity conditions up to 104 °F (40 °C)/95-percent relative humidity without visible sag when used with USG DONN® Suspension Systems. Their FIRECODE™ formulation contains special additives that increase fire resistance and may qualify for use in fire rated assemblies to help meet life safety codes.
